1. Apologies for absence.

2. Declarations of Interest in matters to be discussed.

3. Public Participation.
A maximum of five minutes will be available for parishioners to raise concerns on any matters. Please email the Clerk before 5 p.m. on Thursday 25th June 2020 if you wish to speak at the meeting.

4. Police Report. If available, will be circulated prior to the meeting.
5. Unitary Councillors Report. If available, will be circulated prior to the meeting and noted.
6. Minutes of the Council confirm and approve the minutes, already circulated, of the Parish Council
meeting held remotely on 18th May 2020.

7. Parish Matters
a. Flooding in Worthen and Brockton.
b. Phone Box at Aston – community would like to raise money for a defibrillator.
c. Snailbeach Public Toilets. Please see attached Risk Assessment.
d. Climate Change Working Party draft recommendations (appx 1).
e. Hubs Status of Worthen & Brockton. The Local Plan Review will be included in Shropshire Councils Cabinet meeting scheduled (remotely) for the 6th July, 2020 (papers pertaining to this meeting will be made available on the 26th June, 2020.)
