On the 4 April 2020, the government brought The Local Authorities (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority Meetings) (England) Regulations 2020 into force to allow local authorities to conduct meetings remotely.

it is proposed that this Parish Council uses  “Zoom”,  should a member of the public wish to join the meeting it is requested that they contact the parish clerk by email before 5pm on Thursday 9th April. 2020 in order an invitation can be sent out.   [email protected]

Members of the Public and Press are welcome to attend any meetings of the Parish Council or its Committees, although there are occasions when meetings must go into private session when dealing with matters of a confidential nature.

Speaking at a Meeting - You do not have the right to speak at a meeting unless invited to do so by the Council. 

If you wish to speak then you should contact the Clerk beforehand or make yourself known to the Clerk at the start of the meeting. 

Members of the public can only speak on Agenda items.
